Anything goes at sew many challnges

This week over at sew many challenges we have everyone’s favourite ANYTHING GOES challenge. The DT worked with the new release may images that were up for grabs in the blog hop. Here is what I came up with.

The baby giraffe is so cute with his big eyes and lashes.
I wanted to make a unisex baby card and wanted to keep to just 3 main colours.
I used a 7x 5 card stock in orange, layered with yellow gingham. I cut the die shape using my cuttlebug the base shape is yellow/gold holograph card and the other orange shape is mulberry paper can you believe.
I had tried to punch with it in the past and as you properly know or can guess it ripped and got jammed in my punch so I thought I would just give it a go in my bug and it worked I was so pleased especially as it could have torn with all the decorative holes in it.
The image was coloured with promarkers and I added orange candy and gold peel off’s

Here is a card i made with the freebie friday whch can be downloaded from the sew many challenges blog
Blog hop.

The winner picked at random to win my image is KATE. I can’t find an email so can you drop me a line and I can send you your image. Congratulations.

Rock music!

I wanted to keep the colours to a minimum here to the overall card as the image had quite a few different colours in.

As well as this fab music or dance challenge craft your days away have a DT call going on at the moment so come check them out and enter.

My other card i want to enter for the Dt call is a recent one made for my husband 40th birthday
He loves harry potter and and it was quite relaxing to make, I gave myself plenty of time to make it so i kept doing a bit of matting and layering then going away then coming back and tinkering with it again.
