Easter chicks

I had to show you the easter chicks my son made for his school competiton. He did nearly all of it himself all i did was boil the eggs and cut out the beaks for him. Sadly he didn't win anything as the other creations were amazing but he had fun doing them and at least he did make them unlike the winning ones which were most likely done by the parents.

I bought some colour tablets and he dyed the eggs. Then when they were dry he stuck on google eyes, beaks, 2 feathers on each for wings and pipe cleaners for feet.

30th birthday card

I was ment to be doing this card really but instead i started the MSE challenge any way i have got it all done now and ready to give to my friend who is having a little party tonight. It will be my first night out since having harry. A nice glass or two is in order.

MSE i'm not going to the NEC part 2

I couldn't make it to the NEC yet again but fingers crossed i will be there for the next one. The challenge while the others were away for the day was to make a card with a cake on. 

Those that were left behind all had a nice day with a virtual tea and cake party aren't we daft lol.

MSE Layout Challenge

The Challenge over on MSE is to choose either layout A or B and to include an easter egg. I couldn't decide which layout to choose so i did both.

Mothers day cards

50th birthday and wedding acceptance.

Can you tell i only do simple cards. You can't really tell from the photo but the image for the 50th card has been decoupaged. I googled for an image of a disco ball and made the sentiment on the computer. All very quick and easy cut out and stuck onto a pre-pattened card by paper mania.

The acceptance card is a pocket heart card, made by embossing the card blank using my Glitter Girls framey board. I cut out the heart from a template i have but i can't share it as it is a pdf file. Again the sentiment was done on the computer and i matted and layered it. Added peel offs and hearts.
