Sew many challenges: Color Challenge

This week at sew many challenges we have a Color Challenge and we challenge you to use: burnt orange, yellow and brown. So get in the autum mood and show  us your creations.

The dollar deal this week is Duncan with Ribbon. We are still bringing awareness to Breast Cancer this week with pink, but many other groups also use a ribbon campaign to bring awareness to their causes, so that makes this a very versatile image.

Sew many challenges- ovals

This week we have an easy challenge for you. We challenge you to use OVALS on your projects.

100 days to Christmas!

100 days to Christmas !

Yes that's right 100 days until Christmas, where's the very thought of  this brings dread to many, i for one LOVE Christmas and us crafter's have to start early so here are my first 2 Christmas cards. I already have some orders in so i need to get going and get them done before i can make my some for my own friends and family.

I believe this is called a joy fold card. I have seen it done both vertical and horizontally. The black snow flake to the left of the card holds the card closed when needed but it can easily be opened. 

This is the card opened, it is still blank but the sentiment will be on the dotted paper.
